The decision to settle on these premises was influenced by the fact that
the landlord - The Benchmark Group - and the Marketing & Public Relations
manager, Brenda McAvoy, made everything very easy. First of all, the cost
of the lease was extremely competitive, and secondly, their support and
help in designing the layout of our offices, which they built for us, were
unsurpassed. Completion was on time and the quality of work very satisfactory.
The Advance News prospered... partially due to the superb location... Growth prompted us to start searching for larger offices again the the summer of 2001.
We looked at many possibilities... again [Benchmark] came through for us... and made it possible for us to stay in the current, highly desirable location, only one block from our previous one.
With respect to maintenance, the quality has been good and the cost has been held in line... Moreover, any of our concerns have always been dealt with in a timely manner.

excellent.... costs a pleasant surprise...
We are just about to celebrate 25 years in business.
So we have been tenants in a number of buildings. In addition, as accountants
in public practice, we have negotiated tenancy and landlord/tenant issues
on behalf of our customers.
We have found the quality of the property and the mangement of our building to be very good. Complaints get dealt with efficiently. Lots of changes to improve the property have been done without direct impetus from the client.
The security has been excellent... Security at night is very visible as the caretaker cruises the property.
It sure is a pleasant surprise that each year the budgeted common area costs are very close to actual and often we get a refund.
